All reservations start at 24 hours and include free delivery and pickup for Austin area Travis County, as well as Pflugerville, Manor, and Del Valle. Free delivery to Round Rock for orders over $50. If you do not require delivery, items may be picked up in central Austin. Multi day discounts start at 2 days.
How It Works
Shop: Head to our website to browse our many items available for rent including many things you've never been able to rent before! Once you've added everything you'll need for your event to your cart choose your reservation dates and head to checkout. Order by noon for same day delivery! We also offer guaranteed and early delivery times for a small fee.
Reserve: At checkout you will pick a delivery window, 9-12 or 2-5. On the day your reservation starts your order will be delivered during the window you chose at checkout. The delivery window will also be your pick up window on the day your reservation ends. Don't forget to let us know that Partydip sent you here when you answer the "How Did You Find Out About Us" section at checkout.
Delivery: A Heron employee will deliver your order to your doorstep and send you a delivery text that includes instructions for using your rented items. Whether you need to extend your reservation or have a question regarding your rental, text support is available throughout your reservation.
Return: The next day, or whenever your reservation ends, return your order back outside for pickup by 9am if you received your order during the 9-12 window or 2pm if you received your order during the 2-5 window.
It really is that simple. We do the cleaning, maintenance, delivery and pickup - you just have the fun!
