Rose Haven is the most unique venue in Texas. What started as a humble post office and general store building in the 1860's on Fitzhugh Road in western Travis County, was relocated in 1917 to its current location in Cedar Valley on Hwy 290, and expanded over the decades to be a nearly 7000 Square Foot building, that has been a restaurant, bar and true Texas dancehall. We are restoring the building into a beautiful light, bright venue and bakery, surrounded by incredible antique rose gardens. The spaces will be beautifully neutral, ready to be transformed into any theme your heart desires.
We have the only private, climate-controlled NON-wedding venue in the area, and the only one surrounded by climbing antique roses, offering gorgeous outdoor spaces to complement the fabulous indoor spaces.
Our great hall, Heritage Rose Hall is a beautiful 2000 square foot former dancehall that seats up to 120, has a 37-foot built in bar, open beam construction featuring fairy lights and crystal pendant lighting, a catering prep area with refrigeration, TVs, Sonos sound system, free wifi, and an entire wall of roll up doors that open on to the Antique Rose Veranda for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience if desired.
Our intimate space, the Tea Rose Room, is perfect for smaller parties, showers, etc, seating up to 30. It has a TV and speakers, plenty of room for serving tables, unique flower shaped lighting, and a beautiful wrought iron door opening onto the Antique Rose Veranda.
Both spaces include our charming white locally-made white farmhouse tables and white Chiavari crossback chairs. A venue rental also includes a 10% discount at our in-house bakery.
The Antique Rose Veranda is a gorgeous diamond-patterned courtyard, fully fenced, with climbing roses installed and will be covering the fence when they mature. Adjacent to the Veranda is a 700 square foot Pavilion. Tenting and rain plan options available for the Veranda.
- For peak days/times: Tea Rose Room is $200/hr for 3 hour minimum, up to 30 guests seated, flexible cocktail style.
- Heritage Rose Hall is $500/hr 3 hr minimum, up to 120 guests seated, 200 cocktail style.
- Off-peak times/days discounted. Includes white farmhouse tables and white Chiavari crossback chairs, TVs, free wifi, sound system, access to the Antique Rose Veranda & Pavilion; 10% discount at in house bakery. Heritage Rose Hall has a 37-foot built in bar and catering prep area with refrigeration.
