Starr of Texas is an over-the-top luxury balloon decor service, named after the creator, Starr. Since 2017 she's been styling balloons all over Austin and her work has been featured in pop-ups like Ice Cream Experience and Tacotopia. She even hosts her own balloon pop-up events called Popstarr. Along with balloon decor, she offers a wide array of custom fabricated props, backdrops, 4ft marquee letters/numbers, aesthetically pleasing bounce castles & so much more.
