Our pastel rainbow paper tassel garland is a fun and colorful decoration to add to your birthday party decor.
You can use it as a tassel tail for giant balloons, decoration on a mantel, or hang it as a highchair banner for a first birthday celebration! There are endless options, and this decoration can be used more than once.
What's Included:
Included in each DIY tassel tail/garland kit:
- (20) Extra-long 13" pre-cut tissue paper tassels in pastel pink, blue, yellow, green, and lilac (4 each)
- (1) 10-foot line of twine
- (20) Gold twist ties to secure each tassel tail
- Easy to follow instructions on the back of the package
PLEASE NOTE:
- Giant balloon is NOT included, an optional add-on is available.
- Tassels are shipped flat and will take approximately 15-30 minutes to assemble.
